การพัฒนาระบบงานขายห้องชุดคอนโดมิเนียมนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อนำเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์เข้ามาช่วยในการบริหารจัดการข้อมูลในการขายห้องชุดคอนโดมิเนียม และเพิ่มแนวทางในการทำธุรกิจโดยเฉพาะหลักนโยบายการส่งเสริมการขาย
คณะผู้จัดทำได้เลือกรูปแบบลำดับการพัฒนาโดยใช้หลักวงจรการพัฒนาระบบ (System Development Life Cycle : SDLC) ทำงานบนระบบปฏิบัติการ Microsoft Windows XP ตัวโปรแกรมพัฒนาด้วยภาษา Visual Basic.NET (Version2008) และระบบฐานข้อมูลทำงานบน Microsoft SQL Server 2005 เมื่อได้วิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ แล้วจึงพัฒนาระบบงานใหม่ตามที่ออกแบบไว้ โดยระบบสามารถจัดการเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลพนักงาน ข้อมูลห้อง ข้อมูลการจอง และข้อมูลการขาย รวมทั้งการออกใบเสร็จ จากนั้นจึงทดสอบระบบ แก้ไขปัญหา จนได้เป็นระบบที่ทำงานได้จริงและสามารถทำการขายได้ตรงตามความต้องการ ผลที่ได้จากระบบจึงสำเร็จตรงตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่กำหนดมา

The software development of condominium merchadising uses computer to help manage data and establish appropriate sale promotions.
